Delaware First health is sharing a reminder for those who are participating in the DMMA Home Health and Personal Care Rate Study Provider Survey that the deadline to submit your responses is Friday, May 24th, 2024. Your participation is essential to the rate study to help Delaware policymakers better understand our vital services.
