Delaware First Health is committed to continuously improving how we serve our providers, and your feedback is essential to that effort.
We encourage you to participate in our annual Provider Satisfaction Survey, launching early this summer. This survey informs key improvement initiatives each year and helps ensure we are addressing the issues that matter most to you.
The survey will be distributed to a random selection of network providers. If you receive it, we strongly encourage you to complete it. Your responses help us identify best practices, implement new ideas and processes, and enhance the overall provider experience.
