Zelis/PaySpan: Scheduled system maintenance weekend of March 21 – 22, 2026.

Saturday, March 21 – Sunday, March 22, 2026

Centene utilizes Zelis/PaySpan to create and distribute remittance information, including Explanation of Payments (EOPs), Electronic Remittance Advices (ERAs), and 835 transactions. Due to scheduled system maintenance, remittance information will be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window.

What Providers Should Expect

• Clearinghouses that receive Centene remittance information will not receive remittance files while the maintenance is in progress.
• Normal remittance processing and distribution are expected to resume following the completion of the scheduled maintenance.

Impact to Availity and Legacy Secure Provider Portals

Portals such as Availity Essentials and Legacy Secure Provider Portals will remain accessible. However, providers will not be able to view remittance information through these portals during the maintenance period.

We encourage providers to plan accordingly. No action is required at this time.
