Reminder: Uploading Supplemental HEDIS Documents in Legacy Portal

The Quality Improvement (QI) team at Delaware First Health would like to provide a brief reminder regarding the proper process for submitting HEDIS documentation through the legacy provider portal.

We have observed a number of instances where HEDIS documents have been uploaded to incorrect sections of the portal. To support accurate and timely submissions, we are providing an updated instruction guide that outlines the correct location and steps for uploading HEDIS documentation.
