Member Advisory Council

You can help Delaware First Health improve the way our health plan works. Through our Member Advisory Council, we give members like you the chance to share your thoughts and ideas with us. The Council teaches members about their health, talks about ways to stay healthy, ways to improve health care, and the importance of fairness in health services. They also discuss other topics that can help members live healthier lives. The Council meets four times a year in different parts of Delaware (New Castle, Kent, and Sussex counties). There is also an option to join the meetings online, so you don’t have to travel.

At the Member Advisory Council meetings, you can:

• Share your thoughts on the services you receive, including your overall experience with Delaware First Health and its providers
• Tell us how we’re doing
• Give ideas on how to improve your care
• Ask questions or talk about any concerns

As a thank you, you will receive a payment for participating in the Member Advisory Council!

registering for the upcoming meetings utilizing the links in the table below (must register for each individual meeting that you plan to attend).

In addition to quarterly meetings, Delaware First Health holds two state-wide Committee meetings to ensure member issues and concerns are being addressed.
